There's nothing like a good barbecue competition to bring out the best brisket, rib and pork-shoulder cooks for some mouthwatering outdoor action. The National Western Stock Show hosted its fourth annual BBQ Throwdown on Saturday, January 6, at the Stock Show Complex, where some forty teams turned out tempting tastes for judges. A separate chili cookoff rounded out the down-home experience.
