Kanye might have skipped his stop here (again), but 2016 was still a great year for music in Denver. We had the weird in Puddles Pity Party, the trippy at Of Montreal, the beautiful in Dolly Parton and the heavy-hearted at a Prince tribute show at Red Rocks. Here's hoping 2017 is as much of a whirlwind.
