Mohawks, makeup, mesh and mosh pits! In the midst of a Labor Day weekend in Denver packed with concerts and festivals, the crowds came out for Riot Fest 2016 at the National Western Complex. Even if fans were there primarily for the Misfits original lineup reunion, listeners drifted between stages, taking in everything from long-running hardcore bands like Converge to the hottest young voice in hip-hop in Vince Staples.
