Saturday marked the birthday of Momofuku Ando, the inventor of instant ramen. To celebrate, the Ramen Mafia took over the Buffalo Exchange gallery space for a ramen pop-up dinner featuring noodle bowls from artist Andrew Novick, whiskey distiller Jake Norris and chef John Paul Rojas. Guests said "Hello, Kitty!" to big bowls of delicious fun.  All photos by Danielle Lirette.
