Stockton's Plum Creek Stables

Known for its horse-boarding facilities, Stockton’s Plum Creek Stables has the feel of an authentic Western horse ranch – but it’s located just outside Littleton. It boasts four decades of experience in trail rides, horseback-riding lessons, and parties, complete with chuckwagon suppers where you can truly get a taste of the American frontier. The stables are available year-round by reservation, but the big public fun is the famous Haunted Hayride in October, complete with professional storytellers and a haunted maze.
