Salt the Bistro strives to romance the foodies in Boulder

Owner Bradford Heap opened Salt the Bistro, so named because of the historical importance of salt, an element worshipped in many cultures both because it's necessary for survival and because it's "a symbol of well-being and friendship," according to the restaurant's menu, which also cites wisdom from ancient sages who considered salt a master of food.
