Art meets fashion design at the Art Directors Club of Denver's Paper Fashion Show, an annual extravaganza of out-of-this-world wearable style created from paper that's been cut and pasted, stapled, feathered, pleated, braided, woven, stitched together and completely re-imagined. Touted to be the largest paper fashion show in the nation, it's no doubt one of the showiest – thanks to a truly imaginative wellspring of ingenuity on the part of local designers, as well as a youth team from Downtown Aurora Visual Arts, the nonprofit recipient of the event's fundraising effort .
