Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley, the husband and wife that make up local indie-pop band Tennis, got their start working jobs at Chili's and the Brown Palace, respectively. After saving up, they sailed the high seas, where they wrote songs on a boat — and they have since built a career on a scrappy do-it-yourself ethic. Riley and Moore, who have just wrapped production on their fifth album, Yours Conditionally, played with a full band at the Bluebird Theater on Saturday, March 4. All photos by Miles Chrisinger.
