Enter the dark ether and macabre mayhem of the Gothic Slumber Party tonight at the Old Curtis Street Bar. The boisterous beddy-bye bedlam will offer the traditional slumberfest fare of junk food, scary stories and Ouija boards, along with fortune telling, henna tattoos and chair massage, all accompanied by the nocturnal caterwaul of DJ Spider.

Not a dreadhead, but really dig footed jammies? Venture into a goth makeover, which will include death-rock hair braiding, morbid manicures and over-the-clothes Japanese rope bondage.

"Come and play dress-up for a night," invites Spider. "What other opportunity do you have to get into your PJs in public and play a game of Twister?"

The party starts at 8 p.m. at 2100 Curtis Street, and ends at 2 a.m. The 21-and-over event is a benefit for Burning Man's Arachnophobia; admission is $25. Visit http://burningspider.com for more information. Bunny slippers optional.
