Along with an expanded outdoor display featuring a wildlife theme that echoes what you'll find indoors, the museum offers screening of the original animated How the Grinch Stole Christmas four times nightly, visits with Santa and his reindeer and, new this year, cozy tours of the venue's permanent quarter-mile Globeology exhibit. Plus, you can further warm yourself with kettle corn and traditional hot cocoa, which, spokeswoman Tori Labs notes, can be spiked if you're of age. Woo-hoo!
Attend Winter WonderLights between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. through Dec. 24 at the Wildlife Experience, 10035 South Peoria Street in Parker; admission is $6 to $9. Go to www.thewildlifeexperience.org or call 720-488-3300.
