“Nobody” makes homemade pasta because it’s “too hard?” Bullshit. There are plenty of places in town doing handmade pasta. That comment makes the place sound as unimpressive as the dried parsley flakes sprinkled on that plate. They sure as hell shouldn’t be calling it “homemade” on the menu if it comes from a box, regardless of whether or not the owner thinks “everyone” does it.
