It may not feel like it today, but warm weather is just around the corner, ready to lure us out for nights of patio drinking. We’re so excited we can’t stand it.
And here’s another reason to get psyched about hitting the deck: The Four Seasons is opening Level 3, a poolside bar that’ll allow the public in for drinks every Thursday night.
The swanky spot, which hotel general manager Thierry Kennel describes as having a “Miami vibe,” will serve a menu of snacks divided into two sections: chilled and grilled, including tuna tartare, beef skewers and Kobe beef sliders. That board will be paired with a summer-themed cocktail list, replete with citrusy cocktails, sparkling wine and white sangria.
But don’t expect dinner. “The idea is that the place is more of a bar,” says Dana Berry, who does public relations for the Four Seasons. “If they want to eat, there are delicious small plates, but they can go down to EDGE, the restaurant, for dinner.”

Level 3 does plan to serve spiked frozen push pops, however, and they sound like one of the best ideas ever.
Festivities on the third-level terrace kick off on Thursday, May 12, with a DJ; the poolside bar will be open to the public from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. every Thursday after that.
