Toast owners Bill Blake and Jason Parfenoff promised that the second outlet of their excellent breakfast and lunch joint (the original Toast is at 2700 West Bowles Avenue in Littleton), would open today in Cherry Creek at 222 Columbine Street — and guess what? It actually happened.At this very moment, you can slide into a vinyl booth (holdovers from the joint’s days as a Village Inn) and fill yourself with eggs, hash browns, terrific pancakes and jolts of java.
From here on out, Toast will open every day at 6 a.m. and will serve until 3 p.m. For more info, call 303-322-3493.
