Looking for a new option for celebrating the Rockies home opener? Head to the Lobby, 2191 Arapahoe Street, for its inaugural opening-day celebration — featuring a pig roast and purple beer on the patio — from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The party’s just $14.95 per person, and includes all-you-can-eat baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, pasta salad, rolls and three types of barbecue sauce; the hog was raised in Pueblo on a family farm, and the purple beer was provided by Del Norte Brewing, so it’s truly a Colorado-centric way to kick off the baseball season.
This is the Lobby’s first baseball season. It opened last September in the former home of Buenos Aires Grille — and has one of the best outdoor patios in town. Could be just the place to start — or end — your day. For more information, call 303-997-9911 or visit www.thelobbydenver.com.
