Do you have an herb garden? If so, do you have a plan for what to do with all those fresh herbs your garden is surely producing? If not, you need to visit the Denver Botanic Gardens, 1005 York Street, tonight when it presents “Preserving Summer: The Herbal Harvest.”

In this class, which starts at 6 p.m., you’ll learn to make blends, teas, pesto, tapenade, vinegar, syrup, salsa, butter, cheese and cream using summer herbs.
