Bill Crow, executive chef Ocean Prime, has cooked up a special dish for tonight, with all proceeds going to Colorado flood relief efforts. The Colorado Lamb Lollipop Chop is finished with a maple Digon and cabernet au jus, and served with warm, fingerling potato salad, red onion and arugula salad tossed in sherry mustard vinaigrette for $22.
