Westminster's La Marketa Restaurant & Carniceria opened in late 2024 with a restaurant on one side and a butcher shop on the other. While the meat market is an all-day affair, the eatery serves a daily (though boozeless) brunch that ends mid-afternoon, then opens for dinner service a few hours later. Expect omelets, burritos, tortas, and a variety of tacos, including quesabirria.
