Located inside the Kimpton Claret Hotel, Saverina aims to impress as an independent eatery rather than taking on the less-than-impressive moniker of "hotel restaurant." Its menu leads with pasta, all made in-house using local flour, while a brick oven also turns out entrees like roasted chicken under a brick and an impressive 28-ounce porterhouse that's been aged for forty days.
