SEMIFINALIST

"Balloon Peep (Based on the Balloon Boy)" by David Higginbotham, Coleen Kivlahan and Peter Higginbotham of Manassas re-creates the Falcon Heene scandal... The dioramists include a TV with a "Breaking News" screen shot and a Peep hiding in the toy box upstairs.
