It would be unfair to ask older residents to pay for the $30 million Colorado Capitol dome repair bill, because they won’t even be alive long enough to enjoy the improvements. If Colorado’s kids love the damn gold dome so much, let them pay for it’s upkeep.

Americans have a proud history of going into national debt specifically for the purpose of passing necessary operating expenses onto their kids. The genius of The Domenator attraction, pictured above, is that it actually asks kids to pay up today, instead of in the future, when they are all grown and busy thinking of new ways to pass an additional generation debt onto their children.
