Today, we bring you Cranbeary, an eight-year-old polar bear who has returned to the Denver Zoo looking for love of the Marvin Gaye variety. Read on for more facts about Cranbeary's sex life -- and more adorable photos! -- courtesy of the zoo.

Cranbeary moved back to Denver as part of a Species Survival Plan (SSP) recommendation from the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), which ensures healthy populations and genetic diversity among zoo animals. At Denver Zoo, Cranbeary will ultimately be paired with Frosty, the zoo's male polar bear.

Cranbeary was born at Denver Zoo on November 21, 2001, to mother Voda. She moved to Memphis Zoo in January of 2006. Surgeons and veterinarians had to set Cranbeary's leg when she broke it after a fall in her exhibit in February of 2007, installing two metal plates and twenty-six screws. Upon her return to Denver Zoo, Cranbeary needed another surgery to boost her range of motion in her back left leg. Fortunately, the surgery was very successful, improving Cranbeary's mobility to the point she has been swimming just a few weeks afterward.

After her surgery in Memphis, Cranbeary received more than 500 get well cards, an example of her popularity. She was also voted most popular animal by Memphis Zoo visitors during her stay there.

In addition, she was chosen as Most Likely to Get Impregnated by Frosty the Polar Bear. Good luck procreating, you crazy kids polar bears!
