The game plays much like a regular UNO experience, although there is a cool new "Don't Worry About It" card designed exclusively for the Uno Collector's Edition of Tommy Wiseau's cult classic movie, "The Room." Perfectly named, the "Don't Worry About It" card rescues a player from having to follow the penalty given to them because of another player's activity cards.
For example, if Player places down a "Draw 4" card, Player B next to them has to draw four cards. However, if Player B has a "Don't Worry About It" card, it is as if Johnny, Mark and Denny have arrived to toss the football and the "Draw 4" instruction is negated.
