In May 2012, we published a post featuring photos and information about twenty Colorado sex offenders who’d failed to register according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation website that tracks this information. Then, recently, we checked each of those twenty people were no longer on the roster or had been listed as registered. The grand total? Four — leaving sixteen still aren’t registered more than a year later and presumably continue to walk among us.
