Reader: Hipsters Create & Contribute to Denver Culture, So Stop Sh*tting on Them

We recently re-shared a vintage post naming the top twelve Denver neighborhoods for hipsters.

The latter term definitely riles some people up.

But others believe that hipsters are unfairly denigrated in the Mile High City.

Kenyon Sky writes:
Let's take a big ol' steamy shit on those who actually create and contribute to the culture in this city. Why does the Santa fe arts district exist? Hipsters. RINO? Hipsters. Why is Cap Hill a desirable neighborhood for some? Hipsters. Fuck it. Just move to Lafayette already if you want homogenousness.
