The first time, Dickinson was busted for allegedly sexting a teen. And the latest? She's being accused of sexually assaulting a teen three years ago.
As we previously reported, Dickinson, 37, stepped down from her position as treasurer for the Ellicott District 22 Board of Education after her arrest on charges related to sexting a fourteen-year-old boy. His sister reportedly became concerned about the relationship between him and Dickinson, who'd served on the school board for two years. And it appears she had good reason, judging by some of the text messages she found on her bro's phone.
Some examples from the police affidavit:"O hell no baby...I just want u"
"Proly not tonight...U will have to sneak out sometime"
"Baby I will rock ur effing world!!! Haha"
Another text took a less erotic tone. It read, "You can't tell anyone about this at all because I could lose my family."
The teen told the cops the notes started coming shortly after he accompanied Dickinson and family to Ordway's Lake Meredith this summer. AT that time, she supposedly asked for his cell-phone number in order to share photos from the trip -- but she's accused of over-sharing in a big way.Was Dickinson's interest in an underage lad a first-time thing? Not according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, As reported by the Colorado Springs Gazette, law enforcers arrested her at home yesterday afternoon on suspicion of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.
At this writing, the arrest affidavit hasn't been released, and sheriff's office personnel are keeping most of the latest details under wraps for now. But the Gazette cites court records revealing that the alleged sexual assault is connected to something that happened on June 2008.
The child in question is said to have been younger than fifteen.
