Tom Martino ex-friend lawsuit update -- and new filing against Haystack Help's Chris Kane

In March, we told you about a lawsuit filed against bankrupt consumer advocate Tom Martino by Sheldon Chrysler, an ex-friend who Martino excoriated as a "waste of skin." A court date has now been scheduled in that case, and attempts to settle the dispute have been unsuccessful thus far. Meanwhile, Chrysler has filed another lawsuit, this time against Chris Kane, a former Martino associate who fronts Haystack Help, a consumer-advocacy website with a TV component on CBS4.
