Kuku Paka is a family recipe and a fan favorite at Ambli.

Ambli launched four years ago in a strip mall off Leetsdale. Originally a grab-and-go, it changed course just a few months later, keeping an international lineup but adding an emphasis on service. After a second, sparkling Ambli recently opened in the Denver Tech Center, Gretchen Kurtz decided to see how the original was doing. Very well, it turns out. All photos by Danielle Lirette.
