The Rackhouse Pub opened on Saturday in the Bindery on Blake after nearly two years in the making. The bar and restaurant share a massive warehouse space with C Squared Ciders, which has been selling cider since July, and Bierstadt Lagerhaus, which will begin brewing early next year. The new menu features brewing ingredients in many of the dishes created by chef Brandon Muncy. Stop by from 11 a.m. to midnight daily. All photos by Danielle Lirette.
