The Fried Cheese Melt is the latest in sandwich innovations that have taken fast food by storm this year, and it hit the Denny's menu at a reasonable $4.

We paired all the other terrible sandwich innovations with beverages earlier this summer, so we'll do the same here: We'd enjoy the Fried Cheese Melt with a Coors Light, since by the time we're eating fried mozzarella sticks (or anything at Denny's, for that matter), we've usually had enough to drink that we're not willing to fork over cash for anything other than the cheapest beer on tap.
