Erbert & Gerbert

, a quirky, Wisconsin-based sandwich chain, opened last month at 1675 Larimer Street. The sub shop is known for its uniquely named menu items, including the Erupter (buffalo chicken and blue cheese), the Girf (turkey and ham) and the Bornk (tuna salad).
