Support the independent voice of Denver and help keep the future of Westword free.
Wonderbowl Vietnamese Restaurant opened last week on South Federal Boulevard after an extensive remodel of what used to be a KFC. Wonderbowl is a sister restaurant to Pho Duy in the same shopping center and features a few house specials not common to Federal's Vietnamese scene along with a typical array of pho bowls and rice and noodle plates.

House specials include Vietnamese-style steak on a sizzling plate with a fried egg, a 14-ounce ribeye with garlic herb fries, "Wonder" bouillabaisse, and Atlantic salmon with an orange fish sauce glaze.
So far, the restaurant does not have a website, but the full menu is available on its Facebook page. Wonderbowl is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
