Frasca Food & Wine's chef and co-owner Lachlan MacKinnon-Patterson has amassed a number of awards for his kitchen talents, but now he's earned one for how he lives his life when he's not on the line: Food & Wine listed him as one of the country's top 10 healthiest chefs.

MacKinnon-Patterson's love of mountain biking and yoga were the activities that earned him the award, and the publication noted that the chef practices Bikram and Vinyasa five days a week.

To be fair, all that yoga already paid off for the chef: The resulting physique from all the flowing poses is likely the reason Cosmo called the man out as one of the sexiest chefs in the country earlier this year.

MacKinnon-Patterson joins ranks of healthy bods that include marathoners, bike racers, a boxer, an iron-man, and a chef who lost 125 pounds.
