Subway, 4100 East Colfax Avenue.

Colfax Avenue runs through the heart of Denver and feeds the soul of this city. So not surprisingly, restaurants and bars — everything from fast-food joints to classic dives to hipster hangouts — abound on this street. And we're photographing them all, in order, from ground zero at Broadway to the east, and then from Broadway to the west. Our third installment captures everything currently open from Colorado Boulevard to Leyden Street. All photos by Brandon Marshall.
