Colfax Avenue runs through the heart of metro Denver, feeding the soul of this city. So not surprisingly, restaurants and bars — everything from fast-food joints to classic dives to hipster hangouts — abound on this street. And we've been photographing them all, in order, from ground zero at Broadway to the west, and then from Broadway to the west. Our eighth and final installment captures the stretch from the Colorado Mills Mall into Golden. All photos by Brandon Marshall.
