First Look: The Campus Lounge Returns

The Campus Lounge is back!
When former pro hockey player Jim Wiste closed the Campus Lounge a year ago after forty years in business, the Washington Park neighborhood lamented the loss of another classic bar and meeting place. But it wasn't long before new owners Dan Landes, who also owns City, O' City, and Charlie Woolley, the real estate developer behind the St. Charles Town Company, announced they'd be giving the bar new life. The updated Campus Lounge opens tonight, Saturday, October 21, at 5 p.m., ushering in a new era with a new menu, a big, open kitchen, and lots of space for friends and family. Here's a look inside.
