Chef Ian Kleinman Creates a Magical Night at the MCA

Fine art and culinary creativity came together on Saturday, October 27, at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver. Chef Ian Kleinman, known as the Willy Wonka of Denver and a master of molecular gastronomy, created a conceptual menu to pair with the Tara Donovan: Fieldwork exhibition currently on display. Kleinman, founder of The Inventing Room, served several courses of delightful dishes and magical cocktails made with booze from the Family Jones Spirit House for the latest installment of MCA’s Dinner Society, a rooftop pop-up dinner experience.
