First Look: Uchi Brings Japanese-Inspired Cuisine From Austin, Texas
Uchi is dotting its "i" and crossing its chopsticks in a final push before opening night tonight, Thursday, October 4. Founded by chef Tyson Cole in Austin, Texas in 2003, Uchi specializes in sushi and other Japanese-inspired culinary delights. Going far beyond standard spicy tuna rolls and salmon nigiri, Cole and his team create miniature masterpieces on every plate, a few of which will be distinct to Denver. Here's a look inside the stunning new space brought to life by Denver architecture firm Tres Birds Workshop.
