This week, chef Thach Tran of Ace Eat Serve did the chef's demo at the Union Station Farmers' Market.
Ace Eat Serve executive chef Thach Tran was the guest chef for the Union Station Farmers' Market's weekly cooking demo on Saturday, May 26, 2018, put on by the market in partnership with EatDenver. See how the chef found all the ingredients he needed for a bright and beautiful "spring summer roll" packed with greens, asparagus and edible flowers. Topping Out Farms, Kiowa Valley Organics, Denver Botanic Gardens, Bloombox and ACRES at Warren Tech provided all the produce the chef needed for his creation, something he says will likely appear as a special on the Ace Eat Serve menu soon. The coming weeks will bring Ian Wortham of Tavernetta on June 2 and Franco Ruiz of Fruition on June 9.
