Fresh Herb Co. in Longmont specializes in ornamental flowers.

For Chet and Kristy Anderson of the Fresh Herb Co. in Longmont, peonies are the bread and butter of their business from spring into early summer. But once the beautiful, wonderful smelling blossoms are gone for the year, the Andersons turn to delphiniums, sunflowers, crocosmia and more on their flower and herb farm in Boulder County. They also grow succulents in a greenhouse; tend beds of herbs and harvest sweet-smelling lavender and lilies. Find the company's Kitchen Collection, a trio of herbs, at Front Range farmers' markets. Fresh French and Italian herbs and flowers can also be found at Whole Foods Markets, Alfalfa's Boulder, M & M Cut Flora and other local purveyors. Here's a look at the Fresh Herb Co.'s June bounty.
