Denver's Homeless Ordered to Leave Downtown Streets for Cleanup

Denver's Homeless Ordered to Leave Downtown Streets for Cleanup
On May 7, Denver cleaned up several blocks between 20th and 23rd streets in Five Points. During the coronavirus pandemic, dozens of tents have popped up in the area; citing public-health rules, the city ordered those tents and other belongings moved, then cleaned the streets and sidewalks. The actions will continue through next week. Denver's camping ban has been declared unconstitutional, but the city has appealed that decision.
