Colfax Avenue is the most storied street in Denver, and a property at 3015 East Colfax Avenue has inspired many chapters. But the Fountain Inn, as it was known when it opened in 1959, has fallen on tough times, and neighbors see what's now known as the All Inn as a blight. Developers Brian Toerber and Bart Knaggs, however, see a chance to revive what was once a dynamic part of the avenue.
