Street Dreams: Can the All Inn Be Saved?

The property now called the All Inn Motel has been around since 1959, when it started as the Fountain Inn and the Gold Room restaurant.
Colfax Avenue is the most storied street in Denver, and a property at 3015 East Colfax Avenue has inspired many chapters. But the Fountain Inn, as it was known when it opened in 1959, has fallen on tough times, and neighbors see what's now known as the All Inn as a blight. Developers Brian Toerber and Bart Knaggs, however, see a chance to revive what was once a dynamic part of the avenue. They'll just need to successfully navigate complicated city politics and an unenthusiastic lending market to make their dream become a reality. Read the full story here.
