The Mile High 420 Festival returned to Civic Center Park on Wednesday, April 20.
Denver's status as a 4/20 epicenter was restored on Wednesday, April 20, when tens of thousands of people flocked to Civic Center Park to attend the Mile High 420 Festival. Part of an annual tradition in defiance of federal cannabis prohibition as well as a celebration of the unofficial cannabis holiday, the Civic Center 4/20 gathering took a two-year hiatus during the COVID-19 pandemic, but came back in a big way this year.
