Q House Will Fry You to the Moon

Fried Chinese eggplant is a star at Q House.
Q House opened in spring 2018, bringing modern Chinese food as well as some classics to a streamlined space in the Bluebird District of East Colfax Avenue. The fried eggplant here really flies, as does the fried rice with trout. Read restaurant critic Gretchen Kurtz's full review of Q House here.
