Josh Pollack, the founder of Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen, brings another slice of the East Coast to Denver with Lou's Italian Specialties. The Italian market and deli opens to the public on December 18, 2018, serving fat sandwiches on locally made bread, deli salads, take-home pasta dishes and housemade desserts. This is the second opening for Pollack this year; he also launched Famous Original J's Pizza in Five Points last spring. All photos by Danielle Lirette.
