When you combine Colorado's top chefs with the state's best farmers and ranchers, you get a delicious spread of bites made with creativity, passion and summer sun. At the Colorado Fare event on Friday, July 13, hosted by Slow Food Nations, guests enjoyed the freshest ingredients transformed into the finest cuisine. The fete helped showcase what the Slow Food movement is all about: sustainable, whole, clean foods found right in our own back yard — in the fertile soil and pastures of the Front Range, Rocky Mountains and Western Slope. Slow Food Nations returns on Sunday, July 15, for a final day of events in Larimer Square.
