"There is no enforcement authority here," Governor Jared Polis said during his March 22 announcement imploring Coloradans to reduce the spread of coronovirus by cutting down on workplace proximity, reducing trips to gain essential goods, and limiting outdoor recreation. "There’s a far greater enforcement authority in these matters, and his name is the Grim Reaper."
