Mile High Spirits

Mile High Spirits is one of the few distilleries in the world that uses an all-glass still for its distillation; it uses that still to make Elevate Vodka, Fireside Whiskey, Peg Leg Rum and Denver Dry Gin. The spot attracts an eclectic, hip crowd, which comes for, well, some outstanding libations, including a number of infusions to pick from. It has a large garage-door window that can open up during nicer weather, and there's a patio as well. Inside, High Spirits sports an industrial look, but plush leather couches help the space feel inviting.
