Denver lost a Peruvian eatery when Pikkas closed in Cherry Creek in December, but the space didn’t sit unclaimed for long. There’s now a new sign up — along with some beetle-kill pine cladding — announcing that Grind is moving in. We’re putting our money on a coffee shop, but a sausage factory might be a good guess, too. The address, a garden-level spot at 300 Fillmore Street, has seen a number of other eateries come and go, including Abrusci’s, Campo de Fiori and Starfish.
