Vita, winner of our Best Cocktail Menu in 2007, has one of the best views in Denver, which you can enjoy from both rooftop and street-side patios. But that wasn’t enough to draw the brunch crowds, even though next-door neighbor Lola keeps packing them in. So Vita is trying something new: It’s now offering lunch seven days a week and has done away with brunch — except on Easter, and other special occasions.
According to manager Melissa Roth, the lunch menu was introduced last week, and includes such fare as Kobe beef sliders and a seven-hour pork dish made with braised pork, cherry peppers, tomatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese and house-made chips.
Vita is located at 1575 Boulder Street, and is now open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, as well as from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. To reach the restaurant, call 303-477-4600.
