Elitch Gardens continues its celebration of Latin culture today during La Fiesta de Elitch Gardens and Lowrider Invitational. Live music from eight acts — singer Gloria Trevi led last night’s lineup, while Patrulla 81 hits the stage tonight — and more than twenty lowriders highlight the weekend’s attractions. Organizer Mike Cordova of Memories Car Club says it’s a great chance to get an intimate look at “a lot of vehicles that aren’t normally on the street.” The music starts at 1 p.m., with Patrulla 81 performing at 7 p.m. The cars will be on display all day. Local vendors will also offer traditional foods to spice things up. All events are included with park admission; discounted tickets can be purchased for $29.99 online at www.elitchgardens.com. Visit the website or call 303-595-4386 for more information.
